Garage Sale Weekend!

We all got together to have a "multi-family" garage sale on Friday and Saturday. It was a ton of work but it was also lots of fun to be together and to see how much "junk" we could sell!

We did pretty well! Kristen, Amanda and Niccole brought their "goods" and put them together. Kindra came from Pocatello to help and then there were all of the kids. Josh and Jenicca are always good help!

Jarom, Noah and Brigham had a refreshment table with lots of yummy things to sell. They had everything from cinnamon rolls, rice crispy treats and "Fruit by the Inch" to homemade lemonade and root beer.

AND THEN WE HAD OUR MODELS:

On the modeling runway we have Matt in very "classy Valentine" boxers along with a matching leather top (jacket)! The sunglasses are a great summer accessory!

Jarom chose the same boxers but accessorized them with glass heals and a sporty billed hat.

Next, we find Josh in his "super-hero", super-tight boxers and all ready to conquer the universe!

Kindra gets in the action by modeling one of Grandad's late 1960's, early 1970's stylish sweaters.

Matt returns in his very pink Grandad's sweater with his "Speedo" swim shorts! Very good with his coordination of colors!

The Fashion Show had all of us laughing and having a great time!

We even included some mighty "fine" demonstration of products from our sale.

Just demonstrating a workout on the cardio glide!

Brigham and Matt show how "cool" it is to ride on Grandpa's scooter .... which is also for sale.

The scooter is even more fun with Amanda.

Juliana does her part showing off the toys and stuffed animals. She wasn't so happy about letting her toy duck (which was placed in the garage sale) find a new home with another little girl, though. She ran to tell her mom, "That little girl is stealing my duck!"

After two days all of us were pretty tired and a few of us even a bit silly. But we had a fun time and are already talking about the next family garage sale in the fall!!!

Even though it was a busy, busy weekend .... Grandma and "Hot Chocolate Buddy" managed to make it to Starbucks for the traditional hot chocolate treat. Hi-C managed to get most of it on his face and shirt! But that is what makes it SO good!! "Baboo" wanted to be in the picture, too. I have such cute grandkids .... all, soon to be 20, of them!!
